January 1st will be the last day to see Harry, Pepper, Putty & Patsy before they march back to the San Francisco Zoo. Come out and wish them farewell.

Will the tiger tragedy delay the penguins' return to the SF zoo? I'd feel better knowing that they were returning to a safe and stable environment.

ReplyDeleteThank you for your concern and interest in the well being of our animals. The penguins will return to the San Francisco Zoo about a week after they go off exhibit. The Sacramento Zoo is confident in the SF Zoo's care of their animals and their facility.
